All orders placed before 8pm will be dispatched on the same working day. Please note that we do not ship orders over the weekend or during national UK bank holidays.

Returns

If you change your mind you can return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days, excluding earrings (for strict hygiene reasons), personalised or engraved items, gift cards & gift packaging.

All returns can be quickly submitted via our portal here Maison Les Disciples Returns Portal, and should be sent back unworn and in their original packaging. We process returns within 7 working days of receiving them back into our warehouse, and any funds will be returned to your account within 6 working days from that point. If you choose to return only a portion of an order that included a free item(s) as part of the promotional offer, the value of the free item(s) or discount will be deducted proportionally from the refund amount or may be billed separately.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
We are not able to accept returns for items purchased at any of our pop up events or sample sales.
Our Returns Policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

To return your order please click here, where you can submit your details and arrange your postage. Once that is complete, you will be emailed with your postage label or QR code, along with the instructions of where to post your return.

Maison Les Disciples does not cover the postage cost when returning orders for a refund or exchange. All postage costs are calculated and payable at the last step on our returns portal before receiving your postage label/ QR code.
